Apolipoproteins are commonly measured clinical biomarkers whose assays are run on commercially available clinical analyzers using immunoturbidity measurements. While these assays are well-developed and widely available for human apolipoproteins, equivalent assays in pre-clinical species are not as readily available. We have developed a number of apolipoprotein LC-MS assays in a variety of pre-clinical species (validated assays are shown below). We also have the capability to develop new assays for specific variants and isoforms in other species.
